Yes, I am plugging my new book (and announcing a book launch party! — see below), which is a useful tool not only for the winter season of looking inward, but for the coming few years of the new political administration. Why? Because when sowing chaos is the governing strategy, staying grounded and centered becomes an act of resistance. 💪🏽🌲
We are not called to live in a constant state of “hair-on-fire.”
We are called to be our truest, most integrated Selves.
